Hangover cure for me tbh. Main use of them that I know other than for hikes and such (even then most people prefer water lol).

I'll drink a 20 oz every now and then randomly through out the day if I get bored with water, like today I opened a Gatorade this morning. I'll have it on my desk and randomly take sips. I still have over half the bottle left. So yea I agree anything more than 20oz a day is probably terrible. Loads of sugar. I don't even drink them too much during work outs. To be fair tho people guzzle soda pop daily without a second thought lol, drinking a propel or gatorade has gotta be better than that
